Paperplast Dry 80/76 from 1999 — fully automatic B1 dry laminating line. The machine is in production and can be seen running. Laminates sheets from A3 up to 760 × 1020 mm, 0.1 to 1 mm thick, at up to 70 m/min — approx. 4,700 B1 sheets per hour. Handles thin paper from 100 gsm well. The 400 mm heating roller is heated by thermal oil (16 kW). Stable, heavy-duty construction. Sheets are fed by a Mabeg feeder with suction belts, missing-sheet detector and operator-side side lay. Pneumatic pressure, adjustable on both sides. After the laminating unit: decurling knife, sheet separator, cooling unit with chiller and automatic stacker. A roll slitter with unwinder cuts the film. Supplied with a spare pressure roller, all manuals and electrical drawings. Machine in very good condition. Line dimensions approx. 7.4 × 3.1 m. Located in Eastern Europe.
