Building Dehumidifier Rental in Poland

We rent industrial building dehumidifiers for water damage restoration and for speeding up the drying of screed, plaster and skim coat. This is construction-grade equipment built for continuous operation on site — its job is to pull as much moisture as possible out of a building, not to hold a comfortable indoor humidity. Our base is in Silesia, we deliver to the address you give us, and the daily rate drops significantly on longer rentals.

When does renting a dehumidifier make sense?

A dehumidifier speeds up drying and shortens downtime wherever moisture is genuinely blocking the next stage of work or threatening the building:

• After water damage — a burst pipe, sewage backflow, flooding: every hour counts before mould starts.
• Drying new buildings after screed and plastering — to stay ahead of the flooring and painting crews.
• Damp cellars and underground car parks — condensation, musty smell, complaints from residents.
• Renovation and drywall work — faster drying before painting and plasterboard installation.
• Warehouses, archives and workshops with permanently elevated humidity.

What drying equipment we rent

The core of the offer is the Trotec TTK 170 ECO condensation dehumidifier, rated at up to 52 litres per 24 hours and intended for rooms of roughly 90 m². Alongside it we rent electric and oil-fired heaters (which support drying in winter) and the Trotec BM31 moisture meter, which gives you an indicative check on whether a wall is actually drying. For larger areas we work out how many units should run in parallel — the exact number depends on the volume, how much water is in the structure and the site conditions.

Who rents from us

Construction and renovation crews, water damage restoration companies, property managers and housing associations (cellars, underground car parks, storage rooms), and plants or warehouses fighting persistent humidity.

We deliver the equipment to your site

You do not have to collect anything. The equipment is based in Katowice, but we deliver dehumidifiers to the address you give us and collect them when the rental ends. Within the Silesian agglomeration — Katowice, Gliwice, Zabrze, Bytom, Sosnowiec, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Tychy, Mysłowice, Mikołów and neighbouring towns — there is a flat fee of PLN 200 net for the round trip (delivery plus collection). Beyond the agglomeration, anywhere in Poland, transport is quoted individually. Self-collection in Katowice is available too if that suits you better.

Honestly: when a dehumidifier is not enough

A dehumidifier handles condensation and post-flood drying very well. But if water is actively rising from the ground or leaking through a wall, the machine will dry the air while the source stays where it is — what you ultimately need is waterproofing. We say this upfront so you do not rent equipment and end up disappointed.
