Heidelberg Stahlfolder Ti 52 buckle folder from 2007 — for leaflets, brochures and signatures in commercial print shops and binderies. A Heidelberg Tremat unit is fitted at the outfeed. It takes sheets up to 520 × 840 mm from a flat pile, or up to 520 × 1000 mm with continuous feeding. It folds stock from 40 to 250 gsm at up to 200 m/min. Feeder pile height up to 690 mm. The machine consists of a sheet feeder, folding unit and roller conveyor delivery. The number of buckle plates depends on the configuration — details on request.
