Complete Horizon StitchLiner 5500 line from 2011 for saddle-stitched booklets — from collating sheets to a finished, trimmed copy on the stacker. Output up to 5,500 booklets per hour, suited to long runs in commercial print and to digital print finishing. Three VAC-60H air-suction collators with 6 bins each (up to 9,900 sets/h). Sheets go to the ACF-30 accumulator/folder, then the SPF-30 saddle stitcher and the HTS-30 three-knife trimmer (trim 2–25 mm). The ST-40 stacker at the end of the line takes a stack of up to 360 mm. Accepts sheets up to 350 × 500 mm, 64–210 gsm. Stitches up to 5 mm, finished booklet up to 10 mm thick. The line is in good working order. Power: 3-phase, 200–400 V, 50/60 Hz depending on configuration. Located in the United Kingdom, available from October 2026.
