Komfi Amiga 52 A from 2017 — fully automatic thermal laminator with hot foil. The youngest machine in this group: colour touchscreen, all settings from one panel and consistent laminating quality in continuous operation. Takes sheets from 200 × 200 to 560 × 800 mm, 115–600 gsm. The feeder delivers up to 8,000 sheets per hour from a pile of up to 50 cm (max 300 kg), laminating at up to 25 m/min. OPP, PET and nylon films, 24–50 µm. The IR-heated laminating roller reaches 100 °C from 25 °C in approx. 3.5 minutes. Pneumatic pressure up to 15 kN. Electronic sheet separation and overlap control to ±1 mm. Power 3 × 400/230 V, 6 kVA, compressed air min. 6 bar. Weight approx. 650 kg.
