Komfi Delta 52 from 2008 — automatic B2 laminator for short and long runs. Laminates both digital and offset prints and is built for three-shift operation. Takes sheets from 200 × 200 to 520 × 760 mm, 115–600 gsm, feeder stack up to 635 mm. Laminates at up to 35 m/min with nylon, polypropylene and polyester films, 24–50 µm. The laminating cylinder is infrared-heated and reaches 100 °C from 25 °C in approx. 3.5 minutes (max 135 °C). A processor-controlled feeder head and extra separation air keep sheet feeding stable. Electronic overlap control holds ±2 mm at any speed. The whole process is controlled from a touchscreen. Located in Eastern Europe.
