Hydraulic toe jack 10 tons

The "10 tons" in the name is the static load rating, not the lifting capacity — and the distinction matters when you size the job. On the head it lifts 7,500 kg; on the toe, 6,000 kg. The toe rating is lower because it works on an overhang and carries a bending moment rather than a clean axial load. On top of that, a toe jack almost always works in a pair or a set of four and never lifts the whole machine at once, only one corner — so what counts is the load on that corner, not the total mass. Use the toe when you need to get in low — under a frame, a skid or the base of a machine standing almost flat on the floor. The minimum toe height is 35 mm, so it fits where nothing else will. Use the head when there is already clearance underneath (head height 320 mm) or when you are lifting through a timber block — you get a higher capacity and a more stable support. Rule of thumb: lift on the toe only far enough to slide in a block or introduce the skates, never to hold the machine there.

In the Polish documentation supplied with these jacks, the "Head" and "Toe" labels in the load table are sometimes swapped. The binding reference is the drawing on the same page — it shows the correct distribution — together with the values we publish in the technical data: head 7,500 kg, toe 6,000 kg. We verified this independently: the HP10 is structurally the MTJ06 from the MTJ series, with identical weight, heights and stroke. We state it openly because taking the table at face value leads to an incorrect — and unsafe — equipment choice.
