Yes — the RC remote lets you drive each skate separately or both at once.

Always at the lowest speed step (1). The force needed to break the load away from standstill is several times the force needed to keep it rolling, so the drive is under the greatest strain in the first few centimetres, not after an hour of travel. Once moving, watch both drives. If one wheel is stationary, the set judders, you hear an unusual noise or the movement is not smooth, release the joystick immediately and find out what is blocking it. Holding the joystick with a wheel stalled is the fastest way to destroy the motor and the controller: a stalled motor draws a current many times its rated value with nothing to limit it. Increase speed only after a few metres of steady travel, and only on a straight, clean stretch.

Yes — the trolleys rotate through 360° and the remote drives each one separately, so you can guide the machine along a curve and position it very precisely. In practice, steer smoothly and in small corrections: during a turn the tread works on its edge, rolling resistance rises and the pressure concentrates on a smaller contact area. We advise against rotating on the spot under full load, and against turning exactly on a threshold, expansion joint or slab edge — drive straight over the obstacle first, then correct the direction.

A hard, flat and clean industrial floor — power-trowelled concrete or epoxy resin. The polyurethane tread protects that surface from marking, but it is sensitive to hard debris and sharp edges, so sweep the route before you move: a swarf chip or a bolt under a roller means both a mark on the floor and a shock load on the bearing. Block paving, paving slabs, gratings and uneven asphalt are out. Check the floor loading along the whole route separately — including over ducts, inspection chambers and drainage gratings, because that is where a move that "should have been fine" usually ends.

Yes. Most often we work with international manufacturers and integrators running an installation or relocation at a plant in Poland — in that case we deliver the equipment straight to the site and collect it once the work is done. Renting with delivery across the border is possible too, but it is quoted case by case, so tell us the location and the dates upfront. We invoice B2B and hold an EU VAT ID (PL6342227922).
